I've been going to Todd since he opened his first shop near four corners gun club. In that time he's helped me complete many a gun project and has always been fair with labor and parts cost. His Black Rifle expertise is second to none. He's the only local smith I trust with AK projects. Todd also has reasonably priced pre-owned magazines and accessories as well, in his lobby.
Todd does all of my work. I take him 10-12 guns a year and he has quick turn around on the small jobs and reasonable turn around on the big jobs. Prices are fair, work is excellent.
Todd does awesome work. As such, his lead times are pretty long. But even then, still worth the wait. One of the better smiths in the state, that's for sure.
