Pros
  • Indoor Range, Short Range (10yd-25yd-50yd), Lower Range (50yd-200yd)
  • Indoor Range is very, very clean and well organized. Pistol Club and multiple organized shoots.
  • The Club has mulitple organized shoots at both the Short Range and the Lower Range every month. The Shoots are open to the public. Loads of fun.
  • Great people that are very willing to help you if you want to learn how to shoot or take care of your firearm.
Cons
  • Lower Range is maxxed out at 200 yds. Very nice set up with muffler barrels.
Very nice setup all around. The Club Members maintain the facility monthly. There's also an Archery Range and a 3D Archery Range. General Membership meetings once monthly.
AND every September the Club provides a month of Sight-In Service where you can not only get your rifles sighted in for hunting season but you can buy an amazing breakfast or lunch or both for very reasonable donation to the Club.

Pros
  • well organized and maintained gun range.
This is one of the best gun clubs i've been to. Friendly staff and clear safety guidelines for all to follow allows for the best experiences. The outdoor range allows for 200 yd sight in, which is hard to find in the Salem area. I love to hear the steel target ring at 200 yds!

Pros
  • Lots of different ranges.
  • Loved the indoor .22 range and the skeet thrower.
  • Seemed like a very family friendly atmosphere
Just outside Salem. Very clean, the other members were helpful. You can help out around the club to help defer the cost of membership dues. I was a member for a year, I just didn't use it enough, ammo got to be waaay too expensive. :(

Pros
  • Indoor rimfire.
  • Not crowded.
Cons
  • Max 200 yards
I've been a member for a few years. It's a great facility. Has everything you'd expect: rimfire range, archery course, handgun range, rifle range (50/100/200) and a clay target thrower. Always clean and the I've found the members friendly.

The only con I've found is that the max shooting distance is 200 yards and there are only two shooting stations at that distance. Otherwise, a really great place to bring kids and practice. I'm almost always there alone or only with one or two other parties.
