Pros
  • Great selection, Great staff.
  • No other store in Oregon has this large of a selection.
  • Very knowledgeable and willing to help with all matters.
Cons
  • No Cons
I find their pricing resonable, and a very fun store environment. Glad we have a store that carriers high end product. Most other stores carry just the low end product brands, I guess there is a market for it, but nice to have the Ferarri line of products. Thanks Deschutes. You have and will have a loyal customer.

Pros
  • Good selection
  • Nice Guys
Cons
  • Very, Very Expensive
I have been doing business with DA&M since their beginning. You had to call them to setup an appointment to look at their store. Bought some good stuff for reasonable prices.
Today they still have a good selection but they might be the most expensive LGS in the state of oregon. Hard to justify. Make sure to bring both arms and legs.
Excellent selection, though a bit pricey

Pros
  • Impressive in-store selection
  • Lots of suppressors
  • Premium brands
  • Excellent customer service
Cons
  • Pricey
Deschutes Arms and Munitions stands as one of my preferred gun shops to frequent, although I tend to indulge more in window-shopping than actual purchases. Let's address the drawbacks upfront: their pricing tends to be on the upper end of the market, hovering at MSRP for most firearms, and their FFL transfer fee stands as the highest in Bend at $75 as of my most recent trip there.

However, once we move past that, this is actually a great place to shop with one of the finest in-store selections in town. Their inventory is mainly higher-end premium brands, featuring some unique imports like Australian Lithgows that I haven't seen anywhere else in Bend. Their pre-owned selection is modest. Their collection of suppressors is very impressive.

As an official Beretta dealer, I personally acquired my A300 Ultima from them. The staff members are all friendly and professional, with a special mention to Tony, the elder gentleman who is a true asset to the store. Overall, they are a very well run establishment.
