Cons
  • Currently with COVID environment- hardly any ammo
I did a private sale transfer at Boerner and super smooth. Called me a 2 Working days after submission, that I was good to go for a pickup after the required 10 day waiting period.

  • helpful
Cons
  • parking sucks
I don't know how they where a couple years ago, but There is a lot of talk about Boerner's being expensive and unhelpful. I have not had that experience at all. Their cost is a flat $35 for transfers and every question I've had, no matter how silly, they have had an honest answer for. Currently they have a white board at the front of the store with what ammo they are out of, so you can just pop our head in and know what they have. Also they have all sorts of accessories, from slings and scopes, to used off body CC bags.

Pros
  • One of the first family gun shop to carry 300 AAC Blackout. Also they sell used: Reloading gear. Older gun parts. Random nice older gun stuff.
Cons
  • It's a drive from Seattle.
When I'm in the area I still try to stop in. I haven't seen the "Old Man" in the shop for a few years. He a great guy full of great gun information.
