I have been buying from Bi-Mart for 25 years. Wouldn't do that if I had issues with them. Couple of years ago I moved to the Albany, OR area so I sought out the local store. The folks there were very friendly and helpful. Store manager helped me with a return for items purchased at my former location. Really appreciated that help as it saved me from having to return the items at my former location. Also, get help re where to hunt in my new location. Nice folks.
