Attero Arms does easy transfers at a great price as well as any welding and custom rifle work for excellent prices . work is exceptional. really cool staff too!!
Jesse has been my go to ffl since 2018. His price is one of the best that I know of, $25 out the door. I have made lots of purchases from various dealers and from Gunbroker and he's always sent over copies of his license quickly to get my purchases moving. I know that his info is on file at Impact Guns and PSA. Glad to see that his AK sight mounts are now being sold on Kalashnikov USA's website. If you do a transfer and happen to bring Jesse a 22 of good beer he won't turn it down, just sayin'…
Fast, easy, and cheap rarely go together, but transfers at Attero Arms are just that. I visited for the first time last week to do a couple transfers and had a great experience. I'll definitely be visiting again soon.
Easy to communicate with, affordable, and great service for my GunBroker transfer.

I was glad to meet Jesse and have a great local option for transfers in N. Portland.
Don't expect a nice storefront, but look for the cool Land Rover parked in front of the metal fab shop and go find him upstairs. You should especially get to know him if you like AK's.
good place for a transfer if your looking for one in Portland, or have to meet a Washington Resident for a Pistol purchase/trade. also makes sweet AK scope or reddot mounts if your in the market.
I purchased a handgun from a business in close-in NE Portland who does estate sales, but apparently didn't have an FFL. There was a local FFL right around the corner, but he wasn't available at the time, so we ended up driving a few miles up to Attero Arms for the transfer. Quick, easy, and fair price. Also, it is nice to see (and support) someone who actually manufactures firearms parts/accessories in Portland. Would definitely use them again if I needed a transfer in that part of town.
7/11/2019 Update - I met a seller from SW Washington today to do a handgun transfer at Attero Arms. My second time here, same great experience with an easy, quick, no hassle transfer. Still fair price too.
For the last few years I have been enjoying the micro red dot mount that Attero Arms makes. It's priced well, solid as a rock, and holds zero after years of abuse. Glad to hear he's branching out with an FFL.
Bought a couple handguns through here. Only $25 for transfer fee on both occasions. Attero Arms sent the FFL info to the shipper same day in both cases, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes for both pick ups. Never a line here. Would highly recommend.
Side note: The road going to the building is a bit rough, best to bring something with some ground clearance.
