I had heard of this FFL, but for some reason had never been there. It is currently home based. There was a steady stream of customers that came in while I was there. Steve was helpful with every one of them. He answered all the questions everyone had, including mine. Glad to be able to do a transfer here. This FFL handles class 3 items as well. I will definitely be back and recommend others.

11-15-22 Update: I'm on at least many private party transfers here and today picked up my first item that was purchased directly from AFS website. The website has lots of options, both in stock and to be ordered. I'm going to keep going back.

Steve was a great guy to work with. I had so many questions on different subjects and he took the time to answer all of my questions and never seemed to be in a rush or bothered, even when he had other customers coming in. Set up an appointment and check him out. Highly recommend.

I made a firearms transfer at AFS yesterday and had a nice conversation with Steve. The world of firearms can be pretty overwhelming to beginners. I appreciate his "there are no stupid questions" philosophy and willingness to help folks figure out the best tools for their needs. I'll be back!

Anytime I buy a gun online, I go through Steve. He is a great resource and always helpful. If he doesn't have what you're looking for in stock, he can find it for you and order it.

This is a very small shop, but IMHO its the best FFL in all of Portland... the prices and level of service are unbeatable, and Steve just might be the nicest dude on the planet.

I would pick Steve over any other FFL in the Portland area for any kind of transfer, buying any suppressor, or ordering any kind of specialty parts... this is the best shop in town and Steve is a saint.

I've been going to AFS for transfers for a few years now and it's always a good experience. Steve's service is the best I've found in the area so whether it's for guns or suppressors you can be confident that you're in good hands.

I was able to sell a firearm using NWFA classifies, then go to Adaptive Firearm Solutions to get the FFL Transfer done for the out of state buyer of my firearm.
