ABOUT 295 TACTICAL

The man behind the brand.

Donnie Myers began protecting the citizens of Springfield back in 1995 as a Springfield police patrol officer. In 1998 he was among the first on the scene and assisted in taking the shooting suspect into custody at the Thurston High School shooting. In 2000 he was awarded both the City of Springfield and State of Oregon medals of honor for his officer involved shooting of a violent felon. Additional years on the SWAT team, and as an auto theft detective and undercover narcotics detective, have allowed Donnie to protect the citizens of Lane County in many different ways. Now, with a passion for safety and education, Donnie has opened 295 Tactical, the retail store, and 295 Tactical Training out on his personal range. His first-hand experience and his desire makes him the most qualified instructor in Lane County.
