Just had Dave at Southridge do up a couple 1911s of mine.

First is a Clackamas Kimber, that has a low round count, but had lots of holster wear. So I had to get it refinished, to keep it looking nice. I had him parkerize the whole gun, then ceracoat it with satin black and satin green.

Next is a home built up 1911, that is an Essex frame, and all GI Remington-Rand parts. It's as close to a real USGI 1911 as I can afford. I had Dave parkerize the whole thing.

Both came out looking great, and I went shooting this past weekend, and put a couple hundred rounds through each gun. In additing to finishing the guns, Dave also polished up the feedramps, and checked them over to make sure all parts are in spec, and working good.

Great job, at a very affordable price, with an excellent turnaround time. Shipped up to Southridge UPS, and returned right to my door UPS. Excellent job Dave. Thanks!!!!

Southridge is a supporting vendor here. You all should throw some business his way.

Just sent up my Remington 870. Having Dave parkerize it. Give it a more military/police look. I'll post pics when it's done.

Dave did a beat up Beretta 96 for me a couple of years ago. Outstanding finish and completed right on time. Great guy to do business with.

I have a Springfield Loaded that was tuned up by him and it's pretty nice. Not a lot done, just the trigger, a new mainspring housing with magwell, and extractor, but it was well done. I've also had a trigger tuned on my UCP and it turned out great. I've seen the work he's done on friend's guns and am impressed. His prices are good, and the turnaround time is very fast.

Met Dave today at the WAC show. Sometimes when you meet someone in the gun business and pick their brain without laying down cash, they tend to seem disingenuous. Not the case here, he treated me like a long time customer and that to me means that I will be a long time customer starting with my Kimber and Para that he will see very soon. And i will post pics when they are done.
