Overall it was a cool place, but the sort of guns they had there didn't really work for me, and I won't go there to buy any guns.
They definitely aren't a "Black Rifle" or "Tacticool" shop but they do know their stuff. If you're looking for a bolt action, even a "tacticool" they've got them in stock. Most other shops use the "give me some money and I'll order it for you" line.

I went into Kesselring's yesterday, boy oh boy was it busy with their Christmas sale going on. Even though it was busy, I had no problems getting help from the sales people. There is a young lady working the Handgun counter which was the busiest counter by far, and she was doing a superb job of making sure all of us that were gathered around the counter like cows at the feeding trough were being helped. They've had customer service issues in the past, but I think they've gotten better.

Except for your average black rifle, Kesselring's consistently has inventory where others do not.
Pretty amazing how deep their inventory is, and you cannot go by just what is in the rack, or in the case.
If you don't see it, then ask. There is a good chance they have it... "In the back".

I've been told the on the shelf and display case inventory pales in comparison to the inventory "in the back" and "downstairs".

Today was my first visit. Helpful staff, large inventory, and a pleasant feel overall. I'll be back.

You actually feel like you are in a good old gun shop with plenty of guns, ammo, accessories, and reloading supplies.
