WW-2 wood bullets

Didn't you see X-men? Wood bullets were probably a good idea if you had trouble from Magneto or some of those super powered people.

That is a commercial Mauser, my Pa had one identical to it when I was a youngster. I don't recall the model right off though? That was 50+ years ago. The US and the Swiss made wooden bullets also, I have a couple box's of 30 carbine and had some Swiss ones at one time. Actually Samco has wooden 6.5x55 on stock right now. Corrosive though,that's kinda unusual to for Swiss ammo??
