Actual total cost for 2 lbs. is $72.15 so about $36 per pound (depending on shipping location) The powder is $20.99, + postage, +tax, +haz fee.

The $20 haz fee kills on small orders. Wouldn't be so bad on a 20 lb. order, but on a pound or two it nearly doubles the cost.

Yeah, bummer the limit is 2. But if you really need powder it is less than the prices some of the guys on the forum are charging.

And that is a total of two pounds, even if you order different brands or types. Seems you would be allowed two pounds of each brand/type purchased to avoid the high cost Haz charge, but NOPE, it's a total of two pounds...
