I used to make custom knives and making one off coil springs was always part of the deal for my automatic's Go to a Model Airplane type hobby shop and buy some piano wire in the diameter suited to your spring then just wind it up around a mandrel to get the coils. sure it might take a few trys to get what you need. then finish the ends as required. If I had one of those springs in hand I could replicate it in about an hour of screwing around. Once I had the process figured out it would take maybe 5 min to make a spring.
