Here's a Mini you do not see everyday. Stainless GB made in 1989. This was a Prison rifle as evidenced by the ID tag on the handguard. Served at the now closed Kinnross Correctional Facility [KCF] Also has double markings on pistol grip. Shows wear from duty, does not appear to have been fired as much as it was handled [good behavior keeps the round count low I guess] Comes with one ban era Ruger factory 20rd mag. Can meet at dealer of your choice in Southern Oregon or Will only ship where legal.
