I will be offering a couple muzzloaders for sale and am seeking information on how to do that legally in Oregon.
I was told from a reputable source that an FFL transfer in not required but am unsure if this includes a requirement for a background check, or any other laws I'm not aware of.
Any tips or recommendations for doing this properly would be appreciated.

TIA
Nathan

Muzzle loaders can be transferred like a bow an arrow, coffee pot or used tire. Give me a minute and I will post the applicable law.

See section 166.210 for the definition of antique firearms, that includes replicas.
See section 166.460 for a list of laws antique firearms are exempted.

Hey Pepe-lepew, thanks for the link and sections that define.

They answered the questions I have and am now good to go.
