This ad is for a Remington Model 700 PSS (Police Sniper Special) Rifle 308 caliber

26" Heavy barrel. Rifle was blue printed and light trigger installed. It is a competition grade rifle or it could shoot dead on at 400+ yards in the field

BSA Optics scope 16x for bench shooting
Bi Pod + Sling for field use

Rifle is in very good condition. I put probably 500 rounds through it over 3 or so years but only shot it once in the last 2 years. Most use has been bench shooting at the range and a few hunting outings. It killed a bear at 425 yards at Myrtle Creek, in south of Oregon.

I will give along with it the case pictured (probably $75), a bench rest (~$100) and couple of hunting and target Ammo boxes (partials) all FREE.

I am asking $950 for the whole lot OBO.

I will transfer the rifle ONLY through a gun shop. I will pay the transfer fee if sale is complete. I am located in Portland.

To be perfectly honest I don't remember the details of the gunsmith work. When I got the rifle it had a 29" barrel, so I had the barrel shortened, did not have it fluted, upgraded the trigger, and the gunsmith also machined the receiver, bolt and barrel threading and probably few other things which I do not recall now. A gunsmith can look at the rifle and verify the work.
