Friends invited me to hunt Elk with them some years ago and this is Remington is what they shoot so I bought one. I shoot 110gr FF2 under a 385gr plains bullet. The rifle is accurate and deadly. I'd like to try a traditional rifle someday if I ever find the time. I took the rifle to the range yesterday to make sure it was still on the money and it is. First target at 50 yds and the second at 100. I fired three times and the first round was off the mark and my bad. I'm leaving tomorrow for an Elk hunt.
