Yes they are still being sold here. I just bought one a couple weeks ago and they seem to be selling VERY well here. Below is a sticker that was on the box of the one I bought. WA seems to be wanting to treat these as a handgun but does NOT dare actually call them a hand gun. So they are doing this little dance. If any case I can't see why you could not buy one in OR and have it sent to an FFL here. When I bought mine I could not find one locally so I just ordered it direct from a Distributor who sent it to an FFL here for me to pick up.

If I remember correctly my shockwave came with same disclaimer. I live in Oregon
