My grandfather bought this neat little single shot .410 new to keep woodpeckers out of the siding of his cabin in the '70s and never shot it. The woodpeckers won.
The gun has been sitting in a closet all of its life. There's one small ding on the forearm. That's it. There are a couple of small rust spots you can see in the pics. I didn't want be too agressive with them when I was cleaning it because the color case hardening is so pretty. Bore is shiny.
I've looked up values on the web, and they are all over the place. I'm selling it to finance the purchase of a Henry 22 lever. I'm going to start in the middle of what I saw on the web at $225. Pristine, they're going for $600. Everything works as it should and looks new albeit the rust spots you really have to look for to see them.
If someone has a Henry 22lr that they would like to trade, I can pony up some cash difference. Dog isn't part of deal.
