Gunsmith help with FSB install?

Hi there,

I have an old-colt 16" CMP stamped upper. It currently has a low-profile gas block, and a free float handguard. I would love to pay a local gunsmith to install an FSB, as I really enjoy that aesthetic. I've heard different things as to what's necessary for an FSB install, but my gunsmithing capability kind of ends where drilling and grinding come into the picture...

Anyone local to the PDX/Oregon City area willing to help with this project? Would love your contacts/referrals!

Buy a new barrel with a FSB, swap at home.
Will be money ahead.

Just buy a barrel with one on it all ready like stated above. Or buy a front sight post with set screw instead of pins install it your self save $$$
