Gun smith/machinist wanted

I have 2 special Ruger mark uppers that need to be finished. I have the barrels and receivers just need some odds and ends wrapped up and finished. I know the mastermind behind them but he no longer has the equipment to finish them or the want. I myself went a different route in skills and do not have the capability to finish them myself. These are serialized and registered uppers so serious inquiries only. If anyone interested or know someone Interested let me know.
