Im picking up one of the new versions hopefully tomorrow! Ordered it through Adaptive. Will be using it with my Rugged Oculus. Love the compact version, so this should be a nice full size trainer. Taurus gets a bad rap sometimes, but one thing they nailed is the TX22!It may have already been mentioned but there is a newer version out now. Might be worth looking into getting one and adding a suppressor since they are only a 4 day wait now. j&b has .22 suppressor for $149, creative arms for $250?, silencerco sparrow $299 are some inexpensive ones. Walther also makes some really nice .22s for $300. Fe:

I have always been afraid to buy a Taurus. But I bought a 627 revolver and it has a buttery smooth trigger and action. I didn't expect that for a gun that is 1/2 to 1/3 the $ of its s&w counterpart (plus holds 7 rounds and has ported barrel compared to 6 rounds and no porting for the Smith).Im picking up one of the new versions hopefully tomorrow!
