I built this to use in the back of my UTV to roll out field fence, it worked good, and now I'm done with it. It goes in any 2" receiver and is adjustable height, the blue disk screws onto the stud, set a roll of fence on it, then screw the 6" pipe in the center, anchor an end of the fence and slowly drive down your fence line.
