Just a quick shout out to Dillon customer service. My low primer warning unit finally quit working after 11 years. I emailed Dillon on Tuesday afternoon and the free replacement showed up today. No questions asked, no hassels, just great customer service. I have been so happy with my XL650 that I would have gladly paid the $37 for the replacment part, but they really do stand behind everything they make and that gets my business for life.

I agree. I emailed them about a blue part of the priming system that looked messed up, they were like oh it's this part and it's in the mail. They sent me three.
