This is one of my most-prized unicorns. It has SIX conversion barrels in 2.5, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 15 inches. The whole set is in excellent condition, barely used.

What's different (other than age) about the barrels you have listed and the ones that CZ/Dan Wesson currently sells?

On the CZ-USA site all 10", 12", and 15" 357 are gone. They aren't making these anymore, what is left is stock on hand.
My 15" is a stainless DW stamped one, very rare.
My 8" is a EWK optic rail, also very rare.
Lastly the 2.5" is a full lug, those are pretty hard to find.

So, forgive my naivete, but how hard is it to swap barrels on something like this?

Pretty easy, included will be a DW barrel tool. You remove the nut on the end of the barrel, then slide off the shroud. Then you can unscrew the barrel from the frame. Do the reverse to install one. It takes less than 1 min.
