FYI this is basically Winchester SXT Ranger ammo. (Defensive bullet developed for Law enforcement that was converted for civilian use.)
What makes it special is the very short production of the branding. This came out just before one of the big mass shootings and the Clintons (go figure) turned it into this nasty especially deadly ammo that the mass shooter happened to use.
You still see some boxes of it around but they are very definitely collectible.
