Any Shooting Areas Suitable For Disabled Shooters In Benton County?

Does anyone know of a place to shoot in (or near) Benton County Oregon that would work for disabled shooters? All of the places I can think of just wouldn't work.

Is there a public outdoor spot with paved or gravel access (unlikely I know), or a spot with flat non-muddy ground that would be wheelchair-navigable?

Is there an indoor range open to the public besides ARPC?

Any tips much appreciated.
