I am looking for a cost effective source for springs for the 20 round aluminum magazine like those made by Colt and showing in the image I pulled from the internet.
The only source I can find is Wolf extra power spring and they are $5/each when bought in packs of 10. The problem is I have a lot of these magazines and I am looking at $350. I know that I do not need to replace all of my springs, but it would also be nice to have them for future rainy days. I am sure they will continue to be harder to find in the future.
I know that there use to be large quantities of "OEM" springs for much cheaper. I have not been able to find any on a web search. Any recommendations?
