    Default Target Stand

Came across this vid a few days ago, built one yesterday.
Works great and cost me less than $30.00.

I made one about a week ago. Took the idea from here: Educational Zone #24 - Homemade Target Stand - Page 1

I didn't glue it all together, just the longer pieces and connectors, so it's easy to throw in the truck and assemble in a few seconds.

kinda cool idea for home but not very portable really.
i suppose if you didn't glue the pvc you could break it down and the mending plates i didn't understand why he didn't just screw it together?not to pick the vid apart just thinking how to make it better,it's my job to do that so i cant help myself

I do have two other pieces of wood I will use if I will just be shooting at cardboard/paper target. I wanted the crossbar so I have something to hang my plate from.

I built the one in the SAR video and really like it, it's very portable and sets up in seconds. Only thing I don't like about it is the mending plates used for joining the corners; I'll do something different there next time I need a target frame.

Our indoor range recently switched over to all wood target frames. Poor things look like Swiss cheese after a few practices.
