While I should not be considered an unbiased source (is anyone?), I am a certified Combat Focus Shooting instructor (though NOT an I.C.E. employee) and would be happy to answer any specific questions you have about the program.

Just don't ask me "what's Rob Pincus really like?"

Some of your questions might be answered at ICE's new site, which is significantly updated from the one you linked: combatfocusshooting.com

That CFS web site must be fairly new; nothing comes up for me.

Nope; been up for a couple of months. Works perfectly for the three computers here at the office. Try clearing your cache and reloading?

The letters stand for Integrity, Consistency, and Efficiency - the three cornerstones of the company's training programs. Technically it's not an acronym as in "ICE", it's three separate abbreviations, as in I.C.E.

Also, just to head off any confusion...the company name is properly pronounced 'eye-see-eee", as opposed to the stuff you pour Pepsi over!
