A locking vehicle mounting bracket for the HK 91 and 93 series, OR a mount that locks to a Picatinny rail?

I found this non locking two gun holder.. I want it for a Kawasaki Teryx and unless someone has a better idea I will just adapt this puppy for a cable lock
