    Default Building a .22lr - anyone with experience?

    I have a new savage 64f .22 I picked up for a whopping $150 for plinking. Was looking to take it apart and rebuild it on a Boyd's laminated wood stock and change out the barrel etc. Anyone familiar with doing this kind of stuff? Can't see, to find a good write up online....

    Check out rimfirecentral.com. They have a savage section there and that would probably be your best bet.
