This is not what you asked for ,but I got a AR kit from AK/AR parts kits or Blackthorne .It was the cheapest price that I could find at the time .Finally got it six months later .This rifle was the biggest p o s ever .FTF afer ftf ,jambed would not fit a RRA lower ,Just a big wast of time and money. So I'm just saying Black Thorne not the best bang for the buck.

Just want to make a clarification for you. You are looking for a "complete upper" not an "upper receiver".

When I first read your title I thought you just wanted,

I ordered one of the ones that I posted the link for but have not recieved it yet. The makers of the parts are listed at the link.

Check out Del ton Rifle Kits & Del ton AR 15 Rifles | Gun Supplies & Gun Accessories from Del-ton, Inc. they are head and shoulders above the other "budget" suppliers I've seen. I really like that their uppers are factory assembled, headspaced and test fired, unlike some suppliers that send you a bag of parts that you have to assemble.
