Default 10/22 frame I saw at PDX Gun show

I saw a really cool frame (Not Arch Angel) at the PDX gun show. It's an all aluminum machined frame and must be purchased as a firearm. The dealer selling them had a lot of Sig firearms. Does anyone know who was selling these and what is the Mfgr of the frame.

Wasn't going to pony up another $17 to go back. Besides I got all you friendly people to give me other ideas to look at.

Sorry I did pay $15 I remembered the BiMart discount just as I got to the window. The 2 guys behind me didn't know, but quickly whipped out their famous NW membership cards too.

$8.00 to park, $9.00 to get in unless you got a BiMart card then it's $7.00 to get in.
