Thread: What type of rail is this?

I saw a photo online (LINK) and I really want to build an AR that looks like that. Maybe not with the suppressor or the IR laser, but everything else.

I really like the quad-rail out to threads of the barrel - would like to know what I need to do that!

So, is it possible to do that for a lower price? I've only built one AR15, so I am a newbie at all the different parts I can buy -- any tips?

That's a LaRue 13.2" rail.

Any rail of quality and that length will run you $350-ish.

That rail + the UBR stock is almost $600... I have the lower already, so I would add an upper (say $500) -- getting to be an expensive gun
