    Default Rossi youth combo feedback?

Hi, I have been considering buying a Rossi youth combo .22lr/.243/20 gauge for my boys. Any experiences with these? Small single shot set up at a good price is my initial impression.
    Thanks- Steve

Nice gun but VERY heavy? I almost bought the same one for my wife. let your boy hold it and let him hold a few other guns at the same time. He might think it is to heavy also?

Actually that is the same thing my son said when he mounted it to his shoulder, kinda heavy.
I have reconsidered, I have a 10/22 that I cut down the stock for him to shoot and have a Winchester youth model 20 gauge. I think i will just keep my eyes open for a .243 in a light wieght that I can shorten the stock or a youth model.
