Background check is included in the price. I am a dealer licensed in OR and WA.
Since this is sold.... the Joes by my house has a few for $69 right now...
the one in beaverton/hillsboro near the winco
Make sure you check the ones at Joes well, it always seems like they get the bottom of the barrel compared to other places.
