Selling this complete "Brand New" upper >>>––––––––––> 16" DPMS Carbine bull barrel w/ 1-9 twist, A3 flat top receiver with M-4 feed ramps & T-marks, forward assist and dust cover. Also has YHM Customizable (vented) Free Float Forearm, low pro/picatinny gas block, and "does have" the bolt carrier group with charging handle. This should be quite a nice, accurate setup & is "Sold"
