Just curious how the junior member, senior member, etc. ranks are applied.
Is it based on length of time as a member, number of posts or some other criteria? Thanks for the info in advance!

I think number of posts.

You become a senior member after 100 posts I believe.

No idea nor do I really care. I just enjoy posting and reading so I leave it at that.
Financially contributing members can claim that their entries are of more repute than others.
(Or, at least that's what was conveyed to me on one occasion.)
You'd almost think that it should go by "join date" and not how many times you can throw up a post. I was reading some posts (forget where now) and saw someone with a join date 2009? They had racked up a total of 17 posts. Some people sit at this site and love reading (me included) and others can't wait to post something - to watch their number climb one higher.
I Dont know why it really matters. I understand the want to know. Just to see what title changes when. However there is just 3 titles from the looks of it.
and Lurkers are fine, but if everyone was a lurker there would be little content.
is it assistant regional manager???? or assistant to the regional manager?????
There's a smiley for the last person you mentioned:
As for those that don't post much, maybe they are like some people I know that don't talk much. They figure "Two Ears are so you can listen twice as much as you can talk".
I don't even look at the "Post Count". I'm either interested in participating or not. As for "seniority" there's no reward to my knowledge, just an ego feeder for those that need it.
Hookers?I must have missed that secret meeting!

Oh, and yes, it is 100 posts to go from "Junior" to "Senior" member status. Unless of course you pony up a few green rectangles and then you can call yourself whatever you want!![]()

I'm willing to trade my hooker for a high-quality rifle. For the right one I might thrown in the handshake.
