There is (sort of), if you go to the "forum" page, and scroll down to the classifieds ads, below each section (example: Handguns), there are links for "Oregon ads, Washington ads, Idaho ads". If you click on one of these links, it will, for example display handgun ads listed with Oregon prefixes.
