I get people everyday that PM me direct for help with a problem in a Thread or a Post. I am happy to help and I think that is why people PM direct. Near 100% of the time there is no link to the Thread or Post in the initial PM. For a speedier fix please include a link to the problem Post or Thread in your initial PM.
