Thread: I see an old problem

rearing it's head here.
On the old forum I would get messages from threads and saying I had subscribed to the thread. I didn't subscribe but somehow the forum said I did.
Well, today the same thing happened, I haven't subscribed to ANYTHING here yet!

The "Feedback Score" is low by 4, not everyone posts it I guess.

I get this too. I THINK you are 'automatically' subscribed to a thread when you post in one.

Check your settings for automatic subscriptions

Yep, it's the automatic thread subscription feature.

1. Click Settings in the top right corner.
2. Click 'General Settings' on the list on the left.
3. Set your options in the Messaging & Notifications section.
4. PROFIT

Well, I had it set for no messages in old forum and the same here too. It just started today and I haven't changed my settings at all.

Yep, I just checked it, it's still set to "Do not subscribe" and the system subscribed me to one forum anyway.

Odd, I see your settings are as you say they are. Perhaps you accidentally clicked subscribe when posting in a thread? Go to http://www.northwestfirearms.com/subscription.php and see if you are in fact subscribed to that thread.
