Who do I contact with complaints? Or is there a section for that?

Well if its about a post, then you can hit the "report post" button, and a moderator will address it. If it is about a different matter, just send a PM to a moderator of your choice (or more than one if you choose), and they will get back to you asap. Or you can send a PM to our fearless leader, Joey, but he has been a little busy recently.
