    Default food saver for making your own mre's?

    should i purchase a food saver so i can make my own mre's? where should i go to get the oxy absorbers?

    Yes, that would be a good idea. Also, I bought one gallon mylar bags/300cc oxy obsorbers and I made a few just using those. They seem to be holding up well.

    Well you will still need food preserved properly to have a long shelf life.......

    My wife is a Queen of the Vacuum Sealer. But I doubt that's all there is to making MRE's.
