Bradley's Coins on NE Broadway in Portland. They don't do much of a margin percentage there, so junk silver is fairly cheap.

Dubai is where I bought mine............... No laws there and you can buy as much as you want w/o paperwork. I still have it too. I wish I could go back.

I use ebay, I find a lot of the time that Canadian pre 1967 coins (80% silver) are under valued there, I can often pick up coins for well under current melt value (including shipping costs).

Lately though I am getting fewer and fewer bargains on US pre 1965 silver coins, those are going above melt value a lot of the time.
