yeah I guess but I'm talking about that really strong stuff they shoot into your skin before they cut you open real good... I wanna say lidocaine but I'm not sure. maybe novacaine... cant remember

you are correct there...without lidocaine, cocaine, novocaine, or whatever, the best you could do is something like oragel or anbesol (benzocaine)
