If this is your first time to post an ad on this forum and/or you're new to the forum please read the folllowing:
It is highly recommended you read the Forum's Classifed Ad Rules before posting. This forum may have some rules that are different than at other forum's you may visit. I'll try to outline some of the highlights of the rules but this thread is in no way as comprehensive as the Forum's Rules
1. Once you post an ad you may only "bump/TTT/BTT" your ad ONCE per week (or every 7 days). You also can only update your thread with a new post of information, updates, price changes, supplimental information ONCE per week. Because everytime you bump or update by posting a new post you're moving your ad back to the top of the stack and lowering all the other ads to the bottom. This can start a bumping war and cause hard feelings amongst the members.
2. You may, however, update your Original Post (OP) as many times as you'd like. You can update, change prices, ad pictures, insert links, and provide additional information as often as you like. By doing this, it does not bump the ad back up to the top. You can even change colors or bold your new text to draw member's attention to the update.
3. As much as is possible please answer questions about your ad in one or more ways; send the inquirer a PM, Email or post the answer in the Original Post rather than submit a new post as a reply. This minimizes bumping of the ad.
4. Closing your Ad. You are required to close an ad once you've sold your last item or decided to stop the ad. To close an ad just click on the button called "Forum Tools" in the upper right hand corner of our Original Post. Once open select "Close Thread" and then on the bottom of the pull down menu select "Perform Action." That is it!
5. Please only sell "Handguns" in the handgun section and "Rifle/Shotguns" in the Rifle/Shotgun section. Please seperate these two and not sell them together in the same ad in the same section.
6. If you want to "sell" an item you are REQUIRED to list a price you will accept. You can certainly negotiate lower but this is not an auction site and we're not allowing people to "make an offer"
7. You do not need to close your ad and start a new ad each time you want to make a change or update. Just edit your OP or wait 7 days and post an update with the changes to your ad.
