Thread: moved to Gresham, where can i shoot

I just moved to Gresham this weekend and looking for the closest place to shoot. thinking there has to be come stuff up on mount hood but i dont know where. anyone know of some close places to shoot. would like to keep it around 30 minutes if i can as i can just keep my membership at my club if but it is an our away.

looking for an area to shoot up to 100yds minimum and prefer 200-600yds if possible

If you are looking for an official range check out Douglas ridge rifle club. Very nice facilities up to 1000 yards.

ya i have looked into Douglas but would rather learn some spots in the woods if i can.

Go east thru Estacada, up the Clackamas River and above the lake(name?) there are several areas you can scout out. Just don't leave any trash.
