    People are "freaking out" at the sound of gun shots in the national forests? Are these the same people that fly the flag at half-mast when gangbangers blast away at each other inside the city limits?

    The BLM has removed most, if not all, shooting restrictions on the land they manage. I would go to the local BLM Office website and see where you can shoot.
    I know a lot of areas in Spokane County are open to shooters, but most of it is private land... need owner's permission first.
