Thread: Shooting areas near Packwood/Randle wa?

Hello everyone.

We have been going to Packwood several times every summer for autocross. Never thought much about shooting up there but wondering if anyone knew of any good shooting spots nearby.

Ive gone out to Packwood for their flea market and auction ever memorial weekend. We always just drive into the woods to go do some shooting. Just make sure you get out of town far enough...you'll know when its okay when you stop seeing "No Shooting" signs. There'es always a sign at the begining of the forest roads that says "End of no shooting zone". Be carfeul though and make sure you are out there in the "woods" because there are acually alot of houses out there in the outlining area...if you wait for the "end of no shooting zone" you'll be okay...Goodluck!
